Thai Product Expo 2025 Kicks Off at Big C Ratchadamri, Pushing High-Quality Thai Goods
The T Mark Festival 2025, an exhibition of high-quality Thai products, officially kicked off at the Big C Supercenter Ratchadamri in Bangkok. Organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) in partnership with Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited, the event presents over 60 trustworthy Thai brands certified under the Thailand Trust Mark (T Mark).
Hosted for a second time, the festival aims to boost Thai products' visibility on the international stage. The showcase offers a variety of products and services that uphold excellence in quality, reflecting the central theme: "All You Can Trust."
Sunanta Kangvalkulkij, Director-General of the DITP, stated that the event was created to stimulate modern entrepreneurs to enhance their businesses through dimensions such as superior quality, environmentally friendly production processes, service excellence, and fair labor practices. She emphasized that the initiative aims to increase international recognition of Thailand as a reliable provider of top-notch goods and services, thereby building consumer confidence worldwide and generating revenue.
Thus far, more than 960 Thai brands have been certified with the T Mark, but for the festival, 60 brands were carefully selected to instill trust among consumers, both Thai and international. The 2025 T Mark Festival targets not only domestic consumers but also Chinese and ASEAN tourists who admire Thai products and travel within Thailand.
The festival will feature various activities to highlight the T Mark products' quality. A promotional collaboration with Big C Supercenter will include "pop-up" shelf talkers and signage to encourage sales of T Mark products at more than 10 Big C branches nationwide. Additionally, the T Mark Showcase will be held at Big C Supercenter Ratchadamri from May 23 to June 5 to create memorable experiences with Thai products, educate consumers about the T Mark symbol, and demonstrate high-quality standards, fair labor practices, green industry credentials, and social and environmental responsibility.
Visitors can join hands-on creative workshops called T Mark Craft & Trust to experience Thai products firsthand, attend a Real Thai Real Taste tasting area, explore the T Mark Hot Pick retail zone, and enjoy music and traditional Thai cultural performances. Over 21 key opinion leaders from Thailand and China will also attend the event to promote high-quality Thai souvenirs and share their travel experiences.
Expected benefits of the T Mark Festival 2025 include sales of over 30 million baht of T Mark-certified Thai products and services, according to M.L. Kathathong Thongyai, Assistant Director General of the DITP.
Big C Supercenter Public Company Limited, a retail chain under the BJC Group, has supported the initiative by offering the Ratchadamri branch as a venue for the festival. Aswin Techajareonvikul, Chief Executive Officer & President of Big C Supercenter, expressed confidence that the event would be well received due to the branch's popularity in attracting international visitors and its proximity to the heart of Bangkok.
