In her recent interview, culinary icon Martha Stewart reveals her beloved foodie destination—Japan. During the launch event of Resy's Dream Team Dinners, Stewart shared her affinity for the country's exquisite cuisine, particularly its ultra-fresh seafood.

"I could probably enjoy fish tartare every day," Stewart told People. "I'd rotate the fish, from fluke to flounder, tuna, hake — anything fresh."

Despite this adoration, the renowned chef does not plan to revisit Japan, citing a desire to explore new destinations. "I don't travel back to places anymore. There are still so many places I must see," she said.

As an accomplished traveller, Stewart has evolved several travel hacks throughout her career, such as using airport greeters and packing her own snacks for flights. On shorter trips, a bit of yogurt suffices, while longer flights call for a tin of caviar and brioche bread.
